Of the mills covered in this section, 3ft gauge system at Hawaian Philippine became the last to use steam on a regular basis with some locomotives working alongside the fleet of diesels in the 1999 season. All the other systems covered in this section are also 3ft gauge apart from the 2ft gauge one at Victorias Milling Co.
